OUR STORY
Ben, with over 15 years’ experience in the property and hospitality industry, saw firsthand how complex, time consuming and costly securing the right accommodation could be. He set out to simplify the process by creating Privee, removing friction and delivering a seamless experience for clients. Throughout his career, Ben has worked closely with sports teams such as West Ham Untied music artists and execs such as Larry Gaaga, film/tv actors and directors and high-net-worth individuals, developing a deep understanding of discretion, service quality and the expectations of premium clients.
Ratnesh brings deep expertise from the worlds of elite sport and premium hospitality, having worked closely with high-profile teams, athletes and global brands. His experience spans organisations such as the England Football team, Manchester United and Matchroom, alongside premium names including Chanel and Dior. Through this work within high calibre hotels, he recognised that elite performers often have limited insight into the property and hospitality market, and even less time to navigate it, despite how critical these decisions are to performance and wellbeing.
Completing the trio is Madeline, a highly accomplished research specialist with a PhD and a dynamic background in the entertainment industry. Her career spans major production houses and global media brands, including Sony and Warner, where she supported fast-moving, high-pressure projects at the highest level. She brings a sharp eye for detail, rigorous research capability and a deep understanding of the demands placed on people operating at the top of their game.
Recognising the power of their combined skill sets, the founders expanded their vision beyond property alone, incorporating tailored travel and accommodation solutions for team movements. The result is Privee Sport: a holistic, people-first service dedicated to supporting athletes, teams and staff with their property, travel and accommodation needs so they can focus on performing at their best.
